Mr. Fraker is a structural engineer with over 20 years of experience working on a wide variety of projects.  He received a bachelors degree in Architectural Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering. In the past, he has managed and engineered projects for clients in commercial, residential, health care, higher education and sports and recreation industries.   Greg is responsible for design, contract documents and construction administration of steel, concrete, wood and masonry structures. In working with architects, designers and multi discipline engineers he endeavors to produce coordinated designs that meet the needs of the client in a timely fashion.
One of the main areas of focus during Greg's career has been residential work.  The residential work has included working with architects and designers to provide structural framing design for homes.  He has also been involved with the investigation of home damage and failures, working with contractors to provide engineering letters for code compliance and review of truss and joist shop drawings.  Throughout his career, he has been involved in the design and construction process for hundreds of homes throughout Ohio and other states.
Work on existing buildings has also been a major part of Greg's career.  He has been involved in existing building renovations, rehabilitations, and evaluations.  He has assisted building owners, Architects, and Insurance companies with building assessments due to storm and fire damage including writing reports of the structural condition and making recommendations for repairs.
Greg attends Jerome United Methodist Church. He also enjoys spending time with his wife Robin and two sons Owen and Emery as well as golfing, bowling and woodworking.
